Hey there, I'm Katie, and I've got a story to share with you!
My proudest chapter began with the arrival of my identical twin boys. It was a whirlwind of challenges, from navigating a twin pregnancy to enduring a C-Section and two additional abdominal surgeries. Among them, a painful full muscle repair for Diastasis Recti tested my physical and mental strength. But amidst the struggle, I found a gap – a lack of options for pre and postnatal exercise, leaving many women feeling isolated on their journey to motherhood.
Driven by this realisaation, I embarked on a transformational journey. I delved deep into becoming a 300HR Specialist Women’s Yoga Teacher, and in January 2022, 'Yogabellies Moray with Katie' was born. Dedicated to guiding women through pregnancy, postnatal stages, motherhood, fertility, and menopause, both locally in Moray and online, I found my true calling.
But it didn't stop there. In 2023, I was honoured with the title of Pre/Post Natal Trainer of the Year at the Scottish Health & Fitness Awards. This recognition fuelled my passion even further.
Proudly serving as a Senior Yogabellies teacher, I contribute to training other Yogabellies teachers globally.
This trophy is more than just an award...
It represents the journey that led me here—the challenges, the struggles, and the unwavering determination to turn them into something meaningful.
My twin pregnancy was the hardest experience of my life, pushing me to my physical and mental limits. The surgeries, the setbacks, and the highs and lows shaped me into the specialist women’s yoga teacher I am today.
I truly believe everything happens for a reason. Those difficult moments fuelled my passion to support other women navigating their own challenges. This trophy isn’t just about recognition—it’s a reminder of why I do what I do: to empower, uplift, and help others find their own strength.

When can I complete this programme? The pregnancy routines are recommended after the first 12 weeks.
What equipment do I need? All you need is a yoga mat, a comfortable space, comfortable clothing, and some water.
I have pelvic girdle pain, back pain, etc. Will this programme work for me? Absolutely! The routines are guided to offer modifications for each trimester and to address common pregnancy aches and pains.
What if I can't make the live sessions? The beauty of this is you go at your own pace - you can dip in and out of the resources whenever you like!
How will you get to know me? Purchasing the programme includes a 20-minute one-on-one Zoom meeting with me. This will give us an opportunity to discuss your goals and specific needs.
Do I get to keep this programme? Yes! Once you purchase the programme, it's yours to keep. Plus, we continually add new content to provide you with ongoing support throughout your pregnancy journey.
