Participation at Own Risk: By engaging in KDB Energy's online yoga membership, participants acknowledge and accept that they are responsible for their own physical and mental well-being during the sessions. KDB Energy is not liable for any injury, loss, or other adverse outcomes resulting from participation.
Cancellation and Membership: Members have the freedom to cancel their membership at any time without any ongoing commitment. Upon cancellation, access to the membership content will cease, and no refunds will be provided for any remaining membership period.
Use of Materials: All materials, including videos, documents, and resources provided as part of the membership, are for personal use only and should not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior consent from KDB Energy. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Intellectual Property: All content provided within the membership remains the intellectual property of KDB Energy. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
Modifications to Terms: KDB Energy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the membership implies acceptance of the updated terms.
