As a Senior Teacher & Teacher Trainer with YogaBellies and a Specialist Women's Yoga Therapist (300 Hours - YAI), I’ve learned that transformation begins within. My approach combines gentle yoga practices with powerful meditation techniques and insightful journal prompts, all designed to fit into your busy lifestyle.

Whether you're completely new to meditation, breathwork, and yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
