Hello and welcome! I’m Katieanne Duncan-Bruce, the founder of KDB Energy and your guide on this journey to a revitalised and balanced life.
Over the years, I’ve helped hundreds of women reclaim their energy and discover a new sense of peace through yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. My passion is fueled by my own experiences with anxiety and the overwhelming demands of balancing work, family, and personal growth.
As a Senior Teacher & Teacher Trainer with YogaBellies and a 300 Hour Specialist Women's Yoga Teacher, I’ve learned that transformation begins within. My approach combines gentle yoga practices with powerful meditation techniques and insightful journal prompts, all designed to fit into your busy lifestyle.
Whether you're completely new to meditation, breathwork, and yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to support you every step of the way. In this course, you’ll find not just techniques, but a transformational experience that will empower you to lead a more balanced and energised life.
